Rymdkejsaren's post in Is there an OCC2 uploader? was marked as the answer
OCC2 "uploads" will be handled internally, i.e. the coaches won't have to upload their replays as we have access to them through the Cyanide database. So we'll be able to post standings and stats and coaches won't have to bother with extra software! It's being worked on by our new greensuit, Doneagle.

Rymdkejsaren's post in Unplayed match. was marked as the answer
Missed games are judged on a case-by-case basis, and the admins apply the result they find the fairest given the circumstances.
Although it is sometimes difficult to tell individual cases of match dodging from honest mistakes or real-life problems, coaches attempting to gain a long-term advantage by skipping tough or risky matches leave a trail that is easy to follow and will find themselves banned.

Rymdkejsaren's post in What happens if there is a disconnect/crash and no time to replay? was marked as the answer
This is the standard ruling in the OCC1, but disconnections and crashes are judged on a case-by-case basis. We know things can go wrong with the connection and client (especially in BB:CE), which is why disconnects/crashes are generally not judged as harshly as concessions.
That being said, we keep an eye out for coaches who tend to experience malfunctions and mishaps only when they are doing poorly. We do not tolerate match dodging.
