Well.. It might also be that few people have rerolled into orcs.. Many have used LE and CE releases to reroll into teams they couldn't play earlier..

But I doubt we'll end up having too few orcs.. At least if the goal is to have equal amount of all teams.

5 Chaos Dwarves is less than I was predicting to go to Tier 4, so there must have been a reasonable number of returning coaches reducing the number of free spots as I was estimating 20 bonus promotions (top from each roughly) which would have put 7 of the 10 CD teams in Tier 4.

Thought getting dumped in T5 with a SSC team was pretty normal? If you have played before anyway. Beats getting put in T4 after 9 games though for sure .

Some SSC teams generally end up in T5, but not this many in a season. About half the teams in T5 are from SSC (16 or 24, can't recall which but the average of the two is 20, which would be 50%!).

After all I am happy that I changed team, otherwise I end in tier 4 with totaly not ready Skaven team and my crappy coaching skills.
