Try once per game and only when you fail bloodlust.

So you go to block an opponent , roll a 1 and bite him instead getting a knock down without needing to roll dice.

Or you go to dodge away from an opponent without dodge skill , fail bloodlust and bite him so don't need to dodge.

So nice ability on a star but hardly gamebreaking
