Change to how we handle bonus promotions starting S7

First to be promoted up to an empty slot: Returning teams (unless that's a double promotion, I'll do my best to check for that).

Second in line: The relegated teams.

Third: Teams staying in the tier below.

Fourth: Double promotion.

 

Why do  we make this change?

To avoid having having very high TV teams facing fairly new teams and to protect teams from themselves if they are very successful early on.

 

It's still going to happen, but hopefully less often.

 

 

What is a bonus promotion?

A vacant spot in a tier due to someone re-rolling to a new team or taking a break. The slot needs to be filled so someone gets moved up, thus the term bonus promotion.
