Since it´s still Thor´s Day I´ll celebrate with this tune. :)

Close the door, put out the light
No, they won't be home tonight
The snow falls hard and don't you know?
The winds of Thor are blowing cold

Some songs for a happy? weekend.

Final 60s tune(?) 3 chords most famous mayhem? :)

70s!!! Well, Deep Purple is on another level. (Watch Ritchie Blackmore squeezing strings live) Followed by the happiest drummer in the world(The Undertones) & Talking Heads classic.

Love Blondie

Some Swedish Lord of the Rings, into the weekend mist. Bo Hansson, some dudes gave him a keyboard as adult. He had no education what so ever. He & Janne Carlsson later jammed with Jimi Hendrix!

Another event to celebrate, the fall of the Berlin Wall. It´s been 30 years now. What has changed? Has the Cold War really ended? For the last 2 days I´ve trained a Russian at work, kind of a funny coincidence. He´s a semi professional hockey player & we have had a lot to talk about. :) Like The Big Red Machine or the Russian Five.

Ebba Grön - Die Mauer (82) (not my translation of the lyrics)

Halt!
No one may pass here
No one will ever get through
Nobody's ever getting past here
So turn around and leave if you'd like to live

Over the barbed wire I saw my soulmate
Susanne standing and gesticulate
I have walked here over 20 years soon
But with a machine gun it's hard to discuss

I walked slowly homewards, homewards that evening, should I get to see you again
brain ached, heart ached, should I be whole again?
One day it stood, it was just standing there, a wall between me and the one I hold dear
We live two blocks from each other, but a grey dot is all I see of Susanne

We ought to live here We ought to live here We ought to live here We ought to live here

All the beautiful roses are wet, off the blood from your holy Crusade
I will never forgive, That which happend at the wall
I have considered goddamn much, much for an escape, I want to see her body, I want to stroke her skin
Hear her voice, Be close to her I shall whisper in her ear...

We ought to live here We ought to live here We ought to live here We ought to live here

Yes I know, I know exactly how to I fly over your wall
Oh, I know, Oh I know I know exactly how
I'll be the acid spy I'll do what you want
I know exactly how I know exactly how I know exactly how

We ought to live here we ought to live here, we ought to live, live here (solo saxophone)

@Kia Sidhe What's with all this written out lyrical stuff?

This thread is meant for music?

If somebody doesn't even bother to listen to you about the music you're shouting at them, it's on them to listen to you?

It's not on you to shout it t them?

A helping hand perhaps? If I want to point out something thematically I´m posting. Besides we got members here from a lot of different countries & languages, some might be struggling with English you know.

Yeah, well my nephew plays drums in a band. He has also made this video, & kind of work as a photographer, on a hobby basis I guess. Please share this if you know some peeps who might like it. I like it of course! :)

Varggrav(palindrome) - wolfgrave

He also appears in one of Laleh´s videos. I was quite surprised when my nephew appeared by coincidence. :)
